We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our country strategy and operations in France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Market Watch: Analyze market trends, regulations, and competition in our target countries and anticipate their impact on Qonto's operations.
- Strat Plan and GotoMarket Strategy: Contribute to Qonto's global strategic plan and define and refresh the GotoMarket strategies per country in collaboration with the Country Manager and their teams.
- Strategic Projects Coordination: Drive and coordinate key strategic projects for countries to help them meet and exceed their objectives.
- Dynamic and Fast-Paced Work Environment: You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong exposure to Qonto's top management.
- Opportunities for Growth: You will have opportunities to work on a variety of projects that shape a country's strategy from market analysis to project coordination.
- Collaboration with International Teams: You will collaborate with a variety of international teams across Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Compliance, and more.
Your future manager will be Valentine, our Lead Strategic Projects. Valentine has a background in strategy consulting and has experience in both strategy and execution across different industries.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:
- Several Years of Experience: You have several years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup.
- Analytical Mindset: You have an analytical spirit and a good ability to structure, synthesize, and formalize.
- Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your approach, ensuring precision in both the execution and ongoing management of projects.
- Communication Skills: You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ownership: You assume full ownership of your projects, managing all aspects from planning through execution to ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Project Management Skills: You have a proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and break silos, demonstrating both leadership and team collaboration skills.
