About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Spare Parts Manager to join our Maintenance department at Laiterie de Saint-Malo. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by managing the spare parts inventory and collaborating with service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the replenishment of essential spare parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Physically and electronically receive incoming spare parts shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in comprehensive stock analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory management, and minimize waste.
- Conduct annual inventory audits of all spare parts and implement a robust monthly rolling inventory system for real-time tracking.
- Manage the creation and organization of spare parts data within our GMAO system, including item details, locations, and shelving arrangements.
- Handle the shipping and receiving of parcels and machinery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Generate purchasing requests, liaise with suppliers, and evaluate quotes to secure competitive pricing for spare parts.
- Maintain accurate supplier data within the GMAO system, including contact information and performance records.
- Ensure seamless alignment between purchase orders placed in the GMAO system and corresponding invoices.
- Update food safety certificates to comply with industry regulations.

Qualifications
