Assistant Chief Engineer

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 5 to 8 technicians and painters
  2. Act as technical director in their absence
  3. Coordinate and perform maintenance of buildings, systems, and public spaces
Key Functions
  1. Team Animation
    1. Organize work and rotations of a team of technicians (create work sheets)
    2. Lead daily briefings of the technical team to improve villa tracking and EIWOP
    3. Participate in team training
    4. Distribute preventive maintenance schedules to technicians
    5. Ensure the technical team is operational to meet client demands
    6. Support the team, especially for level 2 or 3 failures
  2. Good Functioning of Systems and Stock Management
    1. Apply and coordinate with technicians preventive maintenance plans
    2. Manage stock of parts
    3. Perform surprise checks of systems and follow up on anomalies until repair
    4. Comply with current regulations regarding hygiene and safety
    5. Share results and analysis with the Technical Director on energy and material costs, meter readings
  3. External Service Provider Management
    1. Know maintenance contracts and control external companies (contract and work) during their regular visit
    2. Call in external service providers in case of emergency
    3. Regularly report to the Technical Director on the progress of ongoing anomalies
  4. Client Contacts
    1. Know perfectly their role in case of fire alarm or evacuation
    2. Actively participate in company-wide transverse projects: Green Project
    3. Participate in turn at the Manager's On-Call Service
