Position OverviewThe Continuous Improvement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the department's improvement strategy and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of the departmental enhancement strategy.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and articulate objectives and implications.
- Facilitate progress meetings and conduct site evaluations.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy within the department.
- Set up performance metrics and guarantee monthly reporting.
- Support the application of quality methodologies, including 8D problem-solving.
- Lead root cause investigations and analyses.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at cost reduction and managing customer feedback.
- Drive quality enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with service leaders on key performance indicators and evaluations.
- Strong field presence.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in quality and improvement methodologies.
