We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Commissioning Manager to join our team at a well-established air technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sub-contractor activities, planning day-to-day site operations, and tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels.
- Plan day-to-day site operations in conjunction with package managers.
- Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
- Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
- Track all material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule.
- Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.
- Issue internal weekly progress reports rolled up from project supervisors' reports.
- Develop and implement company procedures with package managers.
- Drive a focused Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental culture within your team.
- Ensure change management is handled correctly.
