L'équipe SIRH du groupe Colas recherche un Data Analyst SIRH F/H pour rejoindre son équipe de transformation digitale. Cette offre vous permettra de travailler sur des projets transverses avec des interlocuteurs du monde entier et de contribuer à la transformation digitale de la fonction RH.
Responsabilités- Gérer l'infrastructure des données RH du Groupe en coordination avec le BPO concerné et l'équipe SIRH Groupe.
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations en matière de confidentialité des données et les politiques de Colas en matière de sécurité des données.
- Créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord en employant les fonctionnalités avancées disponibles.
- Travailler en coordination avec Colas Digital Solution pour assurer l'intégration effective des données dans notre infrastructure à trois niveaux.
- Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en reporting et en tableaux de bord dans un environnement international.
- Connaissance de Power BI et de la modélisation de données.
- Capacité à interagir avec diverses parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Sens aigu du service et esprit d'équipe profond et authentique.
- Rémunération fixe annuelle brute sur 13,3 mois + PEE et PERCOL abondés + avantages CE + possibilité de télétravail et d'autres avantages.
- Opportunité d'évoluer au sein du Groupe, en France ou à l'International.
