About the Role
Workday France is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to demonstrate the value of our Human Capital Management suite to new customers. As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will partner with Account Executives to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase how Workday's Enterprise applications can address business concerns and create value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to engage with prospects and customers.
- Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by providing in-depth product knowledge and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training.
- Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds, and sales cycle closure plans.
- Support all sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
- Assist sales in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process.
- Continuously upgrade your skillsets and knowledge through Workday's learning opportunities.
About You
- Professional experience in a Pre-Sales/Sales Consulting/HR role.
- Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR.
- An understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is desired.
- Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Strong functional experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong presentation skills.
