Shipping Manager

STATIM MANAGEMENT is a pharmaceutical distribution company seeking a highly skilled Shipping Manager to oversee the operational management of our shipping area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in order preparation and shipping management, with a strong attention to detail and a serious approach due to the nature of the products shipped.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational logistics of our shipping area, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
• Oversee the preparation and management of orders, including inventory preparation and participation.
• Supervise a team of order preparers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor productivity indicators and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure the maintenance of our warehouse, including inventory management and storage.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of new employees in order preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in order preparation and shipping management.
• Strong attention to detail and serious approach due to the nature of the products shipped.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
