About Quandela
Quandela is at the forefront of developing and commercializing Quantum Processing Units (QPU) that utilize the manipulation of single photons. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Software Integration Engineer to enhance our innovative technology and help shape the future of quantum computing.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in the design, development, and testing of software layers essential for controlling and monitoring the QPU.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of engineers and scientists to incorporate new functionalities into the quantum computer architecture.
- Oversee deployment and management for system diagnostics, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Contribute to hardware and software testing protocols on QPUs or their submodules.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to create efficient hardware-software interfaces for the operation of quantum optical systems.
- Identify and resolve software issues encountered during integration and deployment phases.
- Formulate and implement test plans to assess the performance and reliability of integrated systems.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in programming for hardware control.
- Proficient in Python; C++ experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Linux and Git is essential.
- Adept at learning quickly and exhibiting curiosity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Interest in electronics, quantum optics, and quantum computing.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a history of effective collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
