Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of core parts of our web applications. You will work closely with the Product and Frontend teams to take our products and team to the next technical level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing substantial features and fixing bugs
  • Taking part in the operations team to ensure 99.87% uptime
  • Writing technical specifications
  • Proactively proposing code and performance improvements
  • Helping set and maintain a high professional standard
What You Could Work On
  • Building new services, such as integration with SAP and Salesforce, or extending our cold storage capacities to AWS s3 and Azure Blob Storage
  • Working on the integration with Office 365 and other Microsoft products
  • Building the backend part for encrypted files at rest and in transit
  • Reducing technical legacy and migrating to a more recent version of Java
  • Improving search capabilities and workflow engine
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience as a professional developer on SaaS products
  • Core development experience in Java technologies, with experience in Cloud providers a plus
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Go, Ruby, C++, C#
  • Language: English and French at professional level
