We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operation Analyst to join our team at Verkor. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from sourcing to settlement, for our future Giga factory.

• Manage the execution of buying activities for recurrent purchases, including equipment and materials procurement operations.
• Manage transactional buying activities for one-off purchases, including capex.
• Check process flows in SAP and sanity check on documents based on good knowledge of procurement processes.
• Contribute to developing procurement processes and procedures to ensure continuity and consistency of work tasks.
• Manage the supplier base in ERP, including creation, modification, and account management.
• Manage vendor claims, investigate, and propose solutions linked to processes and propose process improvements.
• Run basic negotiations with vendors.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in complete 'purchase cycle' and ERP systems, including SAP.
• Customer focus, strong cooperation with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Attention to detail, alert, and escalate.
• Capacity to work in a team, collaborate with others.
• Previous similar experience, familiar with equipment and materials life-cycle procurement.
• Microsoft applications, digitally aware.
• Capable of handling tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Flexible and willing to learn and work as a team.
