We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Operations & Merchandising Coordinator. As a key member of our EMEA Retail Energy Center, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving retail operations across the region.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operational activities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing relevant retail operational activities to align with our EMEA strategy. You will work closely with affiliates to ensure smooth functioning in stores, prepare and construct various decks and calls to allow reporting at affiliate/regional/global level, and measure the scaling of best practices and projects at regional level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ongoing store operational activities in EMEA affiliates and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop relevant Retail operational activities to align with the EMEA strategy
- Liaise with affiliates on their needs to ensure smooth functioning in stores
- Prepare and construct various decks and calls to allow reporting at affiliate/regional/global level
- Measure the scaling of best practices and projects at regional level
- Work in partnership with the ICR team to support the digitization of our stores
- Assist in deployment of Retail Next and ensure a smooth transition for the affiliates
- Support the Yoobic development in stores, with focus on rollout phase
- Support the MAD Mobile pilot in Italy
- Support the X-store deployment in Switzerland, Austria, Nordics, and South-Africa
- Work hand in hand with the Omnichannel team to enhance omni capabilities performance in FSS/DS
- Participate in Corporate Sales Channel (CCS) projects
- Excess / Merchandising analysis to ensure efficient sales in the channel
- Construction of monthly activation plan to drive sales performance
- Identify additional opportunities to clear stock excess in our EMEA hubs
- Coordinate Hero Product performance taskforce with EMEA affiliates and identify opportunities for improvement
- Performance analysis for all Brands and assessment
- Preparation of communication tools
- Organization of monthly/quarterly calls
- Work in partnership with our Business Intelligence support team to follow up new dashboards development
- Definition of requirements
- Managing follow up with BI team and test
- Development of training materials
- Support our Brands retail merchandising performance working in collaboration with EMEA Brand teams on specific projects/taskforces
Requirements:
- Internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory
- Available 6 months starting January 2025
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor or Master's degree
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Previous experience in retail strongly appreciated
- Required Language Proficiency: Perfect fluency in English, any other European language is appreciated
- Licenses or Certifications: Perfectly at ease with Office pack
