About the Role
Rennes Ville et Métropole is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory of goods and materials, ensuring that all items are accurately recorded and stored.
- Process and fulfill orders, ensuring that all items are delivered to the correct location on time.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure that all goods and materials are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all goods and materials are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure that all items are accurately recorded and stored.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
