Job Overview
You will be part of the Master Agreements Negotiation team as a Master Contract Financial Lawyer. In this role, you will work closely with the team to monitor the operations and transactions of large-scale customer banks, manage customer activity, implement customer strategies, and support businesses in their organizational and strategic evolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate ISDA, FBF, AFTB, GMRA, AFTI, GMSLA, EFET, and collateral agreements, as well as ISDA/FIA CDEA and Execution Appendix.
- Monitor trading portfolios and provide legal advice to internal customers and support functions.
- Perform legal due diligence necessary to implement contracts, both upstream and downstream of the negotiation.
- Contribute to the team's cross-functional missions, including project management and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a higher education in business and financial law, with at least one year of experience in an investment bank or management company. You should be familiar with negotiation of market contracts and provide legal advice to CIB operational staff. You should also have excellent communication skills, be curious and open-minded, and be responsive to evolving in a demanding environment. Proficiency in English with a C1 level is required.
