About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of new technological solutions to support our Securities Financing activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document existing services to identify areas for improvement and propose relevant transformations to maximize added value and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and develop new features by integrating the concept of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) in an Agile context, ensuring scalability and interoperability with Core applications.
  • Manage developments handled by the squad, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization of developments to align with evolving architecture standards.
  • Ensure compliance with AXA IM quality standards and proper interoperability of Core applications, with a special focus on robustness.
  • Anticipate improvements to reduce technical quality issues and minimize/avoid incidents in production, ensuring continuous skills development for support teams.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance with 5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner.
  • Solid experience in the application and product development cycle, with a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Successful experiences in asset management, preferably in Securities Financing (Repo and Loans).
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and asset management, with a focus on Securities Financing.
  • Good IT knowledge, including SQL, Cloud Azure, and databases.
  • Ability to define and execute the right level of governance and deliver the right level of messages/reporting to different stakeholders.
  • Leadership, team spirit, customer orientation, and ability to find solutions adapted to complex issues in a demanding environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills and the ability to have an impact at all levels of the company. French is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with teams operating across multiple continents.
