Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Facilitate the project development process, assist in obtaining necessary permits, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary contact among architects, engineers, and construction teams to guarantee accurate implementation of plans.
- MEP Oversight: Supervise and confirm that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plans are consistent with architectural designs.
