Job Mission

As a Technico-Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming clients in a personalized manner, whether in person, by phone, or through other means;
  • Identifying client needs and providing solutions, including:

• Identifying client needs;

• Offering advice and recommendations;

• Proposing complementary products;

  • Managing and maintaining stock levels;
  • Selling products on a cash or credit basis, following the sales process from need identification to conclusion;
  • Placing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing logistics;
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Creating and following up on quotes and proposals;
  • Participating in commercial activities, maintaining a positive sales environment, and updating promotion and documentation;
  • Fostering client loyalty and resolving disputes;
  • Managing product documentation and technical information;
  • Participating in negotiations with suppliers within the sales plan;
  • Restocking and promoting products (including self-service sales);
  • Handling cash transactions and following cash handling procedures;
  • Participating in transportation planning;
  • Receiving and tracking supplier orders;
  • Managing administrative aspects of sales (invoices, delivery notes, and removal notes).
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bac or Bac + 2 degree in a commercial field and relevant sales experience.

Knowledge of wood products, including menuiserie, charpente, construction, and panneaux, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a dynamic, flexible, and rigorous mindset.
