Your Mission

We're seeking a skilled professional with a Bac+2 level and above to join our project team. As a technical expert, you'll work in a dynamic environment to administer, configure, and provide user support for complex software solutions like TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining solutions in operational condition through version upgrades, incident expertise, and technical documentation.
  • Defining and implementing observability tools for monitoring and reporting.

You'll work with a range of applications, including SAP Ariba, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence (BI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Your Profile
  • Initial training in computer science, information systems, database management, or business intelligence.
  • Similar experiences required, such as internships, work-study programs, or first jobs.
  • Strong appetite for innovation, digital technology, and a startup spirit.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in technical/computer English is required.
