Caregiver for Vulnerable Adults

This is a part-time position with a 80% workload, with the possibility of additional hours. The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, taking into account their needs and level of autonomy.
• Evaluate the clinical condition of individuals.
• Provide adapted care to individuals based on their clinical condition.
• Use preventive handling techniques and safety rules for the installation and mobilization of individuals.
• Establish effective communication with individuals and their entourage.
• Use techniques for cleaning and maintaining equipment specific to healthcare settings.
• Search, treat, and transmit information to ensure continuity of care.
• Organize work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Organize and animate activities specific to your area of expertise for individuals, staff, or groups.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individual projects.
• Write and format notes, documents, and/or reports related to your area of expertise.

• Degree in AES, AMP, or AS.
