We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our sustainability data management platform.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a cutting-edge ESG data management platform. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be essential in guiding our team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of new features for our core product, prioritizing security, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team members to design and architect new systems, products, and features.
  • Championing modern agile software development practices to continuously improve engineering and organizational standards.
  • Managing and mentoring a dedicated group of engineers through effective hiring, coaching, and hands-on career development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to build a cutting-edge ESG data management platform.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in management of software engineers
  • 5+ years of technical industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple competing priorities
  • Experience leading a distributed team to deliver features and manage production SaaS products
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of software development, ideally with experience in developing and scaling SaaS products.

This is a full-time position based in one of our French hubs (Paris or Montpellier). Although there are job openings in both cities, only one position is available.
