Job Title: Field Refrigeration Technician (H/F)

We are seeking a motivated Refrigeration Technician to become a part of our team. Your main responsibility will be to deliver technical support and high-quality service to ensure the efficient operation of refrigeration systems at various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute service tasks while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols
• Enhance equipment performance through technical upgrades, preventive maintenance, and system commissioning
• Comply with safety regulations, including those set by clients
• Maintain regular communication with team members
• Gather technical data for equipment enhancements
• Engage in business initiatives within your area, collaborating with the service team
• Implement the Quality management system in all tasks

Willingness to travel across the country may be necessary.

Candidate Profile:

• Educational background in refrigeration technology
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in electrical systems, hydraulics, and air mechanics
• Familiarity with communication protocols

You should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, a strong customer service orientation, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. Autonomy, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning and development are essential traits.
