Job Summary
Safran Aircraft Engines is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our company's HR strategies.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Participating in social activities and preparing instances with the HR Establishment Representative (CSE, negotiations, follow-up commissions...)
- Conducting studies on all HR domains (work organization, training, recruitment, career management, mobility, remuneration, individual and disciplinary situations, litigation...)
- Deploying HR policies and processes, particularly:
- Temporary work and integration follow-up
- Employee administration and payroll
- Dialogue with social partners
- Leading HR projects: deploying the new metallurgy collective agreement, managing the QVCT, strengthening the employer brand and diversity and inclusion policies...
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources (M2 RH) with at least one year of experience in HR (internship or alternation)
