About the Role

Aubay is seeking a highly skilled Lead Power BI Specialist to join our team of experts in Modern BI and Data Visualization. As a key member of our Data team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Power BI solutions and ensuring the adoption of best practices in Modern BI and Data Visualization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical lead on Power BI solutions, ensuring the implementation of best practices in Modern BI and Data Visualization;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and animate the Data & Analytics community at Aubay France;
  • Participate in project development and/or reporting refactoring;
  • Lead workshops and needs expression sessions;
  • Supervise consultants on client missions;
  • Support consultants in their skill development on Power BI.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a specialization in BI/Data Analytics;
  • At least 4 years of experience in implementing Power BI solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in interacting with business and technical stakeholders;
  • Team player with a strong sense of collaboration.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and M languages;
  • Advanced data modeling skills;
  • Ability to implement Data Storytelling using best practices in Data Visualization;
  • Understanding of data architecture principles.

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform solutions and/or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks);
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
