We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our VALD Contracts Admin Team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for processing new sales, preparing client contracts, and managing contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Process new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing.
- Prepare VALD's standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients.
- Assist the Chief Client Officer, regional managers, and other members of the commercial team with financial reporting and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with members of the Client Success team during the client onboarding process and manage paperwork associated with contracts.
- Liaise with members of the Sales and Finance team to manage client orders and invoicing.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, spreadsheet development and management, and responding to emails and inquiries.
- Bilingual, with proficiency in English and French, spoken and written.
- Law, Business Management, or accounting graduate.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, HubSpot, and Oracle NetSuite (preferable but not essential).
- Ability to work proactively and manage competing tasks.
