Client Relationship Specialist

This position is focused on interacting with clients in the banking environment to inform and assist them with utilizing self-service options, including mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs.
Key duties involve accurately handling cash transactions for clients as required.
Expectations for this role include engaging in meaningful discussions with clients to understand their financial and personal priorities, connecting them with appropriate solutions to achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholds the bank's risk management culture and aims for operational excellence.
- Develops and nurtures relationships with clients to address their financial needs.
- Adheres to established procedures and guidelines in daily tasks to ensure the best outcomes for clients and the bank, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Enhances business knowledge and network by collaborating with specialists in small business, lending, and investment sectors.
- Effectively manages foot traffic, appointments, and outbound communications at the financial center.
- Enhances the client experience.
- Handles cash responsibilities efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving results in the client's best interest.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to accomplish tasks and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrates passion, commitment, and drive to provide an experience that enhances clients' financial well-being.
- Confident in identifying solutions for both new and existing clients based on their specific needs.
- Communicates clearly and confidently, engaging with all clients comfortably.
- Capable of learning and adapting to new information and technology platforms.
- Proficient in educating clients on how to perform basic banking transactions using self-service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Utilizes strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to meet client needs.
- Follows established processes and guidelines in daily operations to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Effectively manages time and workload.
- Focuses on achieving results while prioritizing the client's best interests.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours as necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of proven sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales targets.
- Minimum of six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant associate degree in business management, business administration, or finance.
