Helicopter Physical Integration Lead

An opportunity has emerged for a Helicopter Physical Integration Responsible (VPI: Vehicle Physical Integrator) within Airbus Helicopters. Key Responsibilities:
Your role will leverage your communication and technical expertise to oversee Helicopter Physical Integration for platform upgrades and new contract developments. You will collaborate with stakeholders from engineering, manufacturing, and support services to establish optimal integration solutions, considering various physical constraints, performance, safety, and maintainability aspects.
You will ensure the maturity of integration processes throughout development milestones, maintaining consistency in physical interfaces, weight, and balance, while validating Physical Integration at the Helicopter level. You will utilize advanced validation tools and apply your negotiation skills within an international team setting.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
· An Engineering background with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Design, Development, and Integration, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
· Proficiency in Catia V5/VPM/Windchill for conducting integration studies in Digital Mock-Up.
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
· A proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability.
This position may require security clearance or eligibility for clearance by relevant authorities.
