Job Summary:
ACTIFORCES is seeking a highly experienced Production Team Leader to join our team in the Loiret region. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and productivity, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
- Manage production schedules and personnel
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production team leadership or a similar role
- Technical degree or equivalent, with expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, automation, and pneumatics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
