The successful candidate will be part of the SKEMA Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), an interdisciplinary initiative focused on exploring the opportunities and implications of artificial intelligence for the management of organizations, industries, and business ecosystems.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified researcher to develop and lead academic research projects in Artificial Intelligence for Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong publication track record in top-tier management journals and excellent quantitative methods skills. They will be responsible for producing high-quality research, teaching undergraduate and/or graduate level courses in AI applied to Management, contributing to student mentorship, and participating in projects related to the SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy.
The position is permanent with a full-time contract, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The language of work and teaching is English, with knowledge of French not required. SKEMA Business School offers support in learning French.
Requirements- A Ph.D. in Management or a related field with orientation in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Robotics
- A strong research orientation and track record, as demonstrated by a publication track record in highly regarded management journals
- Excellent quantitative methods skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A commitment to service and/or outreach activities
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per year
