Electromobility Deployment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Manager eMobility to join our E.ON Drive France team in Levallois-Perret. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of new site development processes to establish a premium pan-European ultra-fast charging network in France.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all deployment phases of ultra-fast charging stations, including construction feasibility, layout and design, utility design, planning, permitting, construction, and site commissioning.
- Manage all aspects of site development, including identifying suitable locations, planning, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams.
- Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations.
- Collaborate with civil engineering teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for charging stations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and timelines.
- Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience of project management in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development.
- Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Flexibility to travel for site visits and partner discussions.
- Fluent in French and English, another European language is a plus.
