About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at MOULINS SOUFFLET. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for non-management positions, including alternates and interns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for non-management positions, including alternates and interns
  • Verify the accuracy of recruitment data in our HR system
  • Support the HR team in the development of job postings and advertisements
  • Source and pre-qualify candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments
  • Prepare and distribute job offers and contracts
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate the recruitment of alternates and interns
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
