Job Title: Experienced Polyvalent Mason (M/F)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Experienced Polyvalent Mason with a strong background in construction to join our team at GET Carrières. As a skilled mason, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing work, reading plans, and laying mortar screed between a slab, floor, or insulating layer and the flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize work to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Read plans and take measurements to calculate volume and prepare materials
• Prepare mortar and adjust pouring machines to ensure smooth operation
• Lay mortar screed between a slab, floor, or insulating layer and the flooring, then lay tiles, resilient flooring, or parquet flooring
• Lay thin screed, self-leveling screed, or self-leveling compound to ensure a smooth finish
• Install soundproof and thermal insulation underlays to meet building codes
• Sand screeds to ensure a smooth finish
• Inspect installation before and after to ensure quality and safety
• Report the intervention to the site manager to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a polyvalent mason
• Strong background in construction and renovation
• Entrepreneurial and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Respectful of construction rules and norms
• Fluency in Portuguese for oral communication (preferred)
• Mobility in the Île de France region
• Residence near the Saint-Maur depot (desirable)
