We are seeking inquisitive Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to propel our end-to-end pricing platform vision forward, enhancing our modeling platform to deliver a live-rating solution that bridges our clients with their customers.

As a key member of a dedicated task force responsible for new offerings, your primary role will involve participating in both the architecture and development of new features on the AKUR8 platform, where the business logic, on both the front- and back-ends, can be intricate and the volume of processed data substantial.

Key differentiators such as performance, speed, and user experience are integral to our software, driving our pride in our deliverables while presenting a range of challenging technical topics, including:

  • Website responsiveness and modern UX/UI
  • Asynchronous and concurrent processes

Our current back-end operates on Python 3.11+/FastAPI/SQLAlchemy, utilizing PostgreSQL as the primary storage solution. The front-end is developed using Angular 18, with NgRx & Tailwind, and we employ Playwright for end-to-end test automation and Storybook for UI testing and documentation. Our infrastructure is managed through Terraform and hosted on AWS, leveraging managed services for caching (Redis), messaging, and Docker container management. We prioritize developer experience and aim to stay at the forefront of technology to foster innovation.

We are looking for an innovative and meticulous individual with a robust technical background and a proven record of fostering team growth, possessing the following qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science from a leading French engineering school (e.g., Polytechnique, Telecom, Centrale Supelec, etc.)
  • A minimum of four years of experience as a software engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one aspect of our tech stack, whether back-end development in Python or front-end with Angular/Typescript and Redux frameworks
  • Experience in developing features that handle large data volumes and optimizing architecture
  • A commitment to producing high-quality code and a solid understanding of software development best practices
  • Awareness of client priorities and the ability to balance rapid delivery with code robustness
  • Fluent spoken English

Significant professional experience with:

  • Complex and modern user interfaces (CSS)
  • PostgreSQL / RDBMS
  • Real-time / low-latency systems
