Job Title:
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

Company: ALTRAD, a prominent player in industrial maintenance and energy services.


ALTRAD is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to report directly to the subsidiary's Director.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment teams to bolster the subsidiary's operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for management on quality, health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Engage in and oversee discussions related to safety, security, and quality assessments.
  • Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs on quality, prevention, and environmental matters.
  • Aid in the formulation of procedures that include risk assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Lead investigations into incidents and supervise monitoring of accidents.
  • Assess risks, update documentation, and conduct environmental evaluations.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory checks, staff training, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Act as the contact point for stakeholders regarding health, safety, and environmental concerns.
  • Implement the corporate sustainability strategy and work with management on specific initiatives for ALTRAD.
  • Oversee quality and safety initiatives, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Participate in both internal and external audits, maintaining relevant performance indicators.
  • Travel to various operational sites as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality, Prevention, or Environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in office applications and familiar with internal systems.
  • Several years of relevant experience in the field.
