IT Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Portfolio Manager to join our team at Addmore Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting IT Leadership and IT Business Partners in the annual IT project planning process and ensuring adherence to PMO process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Project Management methodology and processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint is also required.
Responsibilities will include ensuring adoption of PMO methods, tools, and processes across all projects under the portfolio, integrating the Portfolio Roadmap into the global PMO Roadmap, and supporting the IT Lead in prioritization and scheduling of IT projects.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing quality reviews of detailed project plans, ensuring proper approval paths are followed for all Deliverable acceptance and key decisions, and coordinating efforts to solve for resource needs with IT managers and project leads.
Additionally, the candidate will oversee Portfolio financials with support of the project controller, govern the overall portfolio execution by monitoring the project health, supporting risk and issue resolution, and confirming Deliverable quality is met.
Requirements include a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience delivering IT projects and strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Experience working with global teams and strong knowledge of IT program financials and accounting are also required. The ability to collaborate at all levels of the Program and demonstrated ability of being a self-starter are essential.
