Join our urban planning division as an Urban Planning Studies Officer (M/F) and contribute to the growth of PRIGENT & ASSOCIES.
What will your daily tasks involve?
As a member of the Urban Planning Division, you will collaborate with a diverse team and manage a variety of tasks from inception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the preparation of responses for tender applications (including drafting technical and financial proposals),
- Overseeing the development, modification, and updating of urban planning documents (such as PLU, PLUi...),
- Ensuring the timely delivery of various outputs and presentation materials,
- Facilitating different types of meetings essential for project success (including technical and steering committees, consultation workshops, and working meetings) and representing PRIGENT & ASSOCIES to various stakeholders (local authorities, state services, institutional partners...),
- Assisting the operational team in assessing the regulatory feasibility of development projects,
- Supervising an Assistant Urban Planning Studies Officer.
Candidate Profile:
You should hold a Master's degree in urban planning and territorial development or a related field, ideally with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
A solid understanding of territorial policies, public development policies, and regulatory urban planning is essential. Familiarity with current regulations, urban and environmental codes, as well as planning tools and procedures is also required.
Experience in supervising Urban Planning Assistants is preferred.
Proficiency in office software (Office Suite), Adobe Suite, and QGIS mapping software is necessary.
In addition to your technical expertise, strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are important. You should be organized, responsive, creative, and enjoy working as part of a team.
