We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technico-Commercial External Expert to join our team at SEFI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and sales support to our clients in the mechanical fluids industry.
Key Responsibilities- Visit clients to provide technical advice and sales support, ensuring compliance with our sales and marketing strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our internal sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective sales support.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues and queries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical fluids and related products.
- Proven sales and customer service experience in the mechanical fluids industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
