Role Overview: The Tenant Coordination department provides technical support to brands and tenants during their installation in our shopping centers. From the legal and commercial setup of the project to the store opening, we act as a central point of contact between various departments and the tenant to ensure project success.

As part of a team of 8 and reporting to a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the installation of tenants in our shopping centers, managing the process from initial internal discussions to the store opening. You will work closely with teams in leasing, asset management, operations, and potentially other construction teams to coordinate with the technical representatives of the tenants, facilitating re-leasing projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess the technical and financial feasibility of projects in close collaboration with asset managers.
  • Draft the technical annex to the lease in collaboration with leasing teams and the legal department.
  • Engage internal departments, particularly the design service, in the study and validation of the tenant's design concept.
  • Support and challenge the tenant in preparing their design dossier in conjunction with center teams and the internal design service.
  • Lead a project management team and oversee the landlord's preparation works as a delegated project owner.
  • Ensure the delivery of the space to the tenant.
  • Assist tenants during their on-site installation and monitor the progress of their works.
  • Guide the tenant in preparing for and convening the safety commission.
  • Facilitate the handover of the project to center teams once the store is operational.
  • Collect the tenant's documentation and ensure proper documentation management for the sites.

Qualifications:

  • A degree from a top engineering school or equivalent with a Bac +5 level.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or technical roles within the retail sector.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the retail environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
