About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency Spectrum Manager to join our team in either Toulouse or the Greater Paris Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving all technical and regulatory activities necessary to ensure the successful operation of our satellite system around the world.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Research and understand regulatory requirements related to our system's operation, staying up-to-date with regulatory evolutions.
- Identify frequency management risks and strategic opportunities for the company.
- Perform interference and compatibility analyses to assess our system's compatibility with others and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain our ITU frequency filings.
- Lead technical negotiations with other satellite operators and frequency users.
- Represent Constellation Technologies & Operations at international conferences to support our radio spectrum strategy.
- Support the satellite operations team to ensure our constellation is operated in compliance with frequency coordination and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SATCOM frequency management, planning, engineering, or regulation.
- Knowledge of satellite constellation mission planning and operations is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
