We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at Strada. As a key member of our UKG Pro WFM team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- Build, modify, and support all configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager...
- Troubleshoot errors via pay rule analysis.
- Manage configuration migrations.
- Support UKG device management.
- Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind.
- Minimum 2 years experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues.
- Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM
- Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications.
- Fluent French (C1 level min.) and fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
