- Drive Sales Growth
- Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Use commercial indicators and your initiative to boost sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Share your passion for women's fashion with customers to find the products that suit their tastes and expectations.
- Support team members by training them in customer service and guiding them in collection renewals.
- Lead the Team
- Lead your team in quality merchandising, highlighting customer favorites, and regularly refreshing wardrobe displays.
- Ensure a top-notch store experience for our customers.
Requirements
