GROUPE IGF is seeking a dedicated Administrative Management Apprentice to support our administrative team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing assistance to the administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reception duties, addressing both phone and in-person inquiries
  • Manage procurement of supplies and handle orders
  • Coordinate the handling of mail and packages
  • Facilitate office upkeep and IT assistance
  • Organize travel logistics and agency visits
  • Maintain and update project records and contact lists
  • Assist in assembling team documents and candidate profiles
  • Carry out various administrative functions as needed
Required Skills:
  • Currently enrolled in a BTS program
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Self-sufficient with strong interpersonal skills
