At Sterimed Infection Control, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Industrial Projects Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance team, participating in the continuous improvement of equipment and industrial installations, and contributing to the optimization of safety, environment, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the strategy for corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance of equipment and installations.
- Centralize maintenance requests from other departments and prioritize them.
- Organize the activities of the maintenance team.
- Control and monitor the results of maintenance work (indicators, dashboards, etc.).
- Participate in daily production meetings.
- Manage the maintenance budget and allocation of resources.
- Act as a technical advisor (especially in automation) to your team or in the selection of new equipment or the implementation of new installations.
Requirements:
- Graduated with an engineering degree with a specialization in mechanics, electrotechnics, or automation.
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency in a professional context.
- At least 10 years of similar experience in maintenance in an industrial environment, with experience in team management and project management.
