As a Senior ESG Analyst at Natixis, you will play a key role in shaping the company's sustainable finance strategy. You will contribute to the development of the Management Company's activities, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
The ESG team at Natixis is responsible for structuring the company's identity on sustainable finance issues, including environmental and social aspects, as well as governance. Your role will focus on strengthening governance around sustainable finance projects, formalizing the team's roadmap, and defining actions for the short, medium, and long term.
You will work closely with the ESG Manager and the Investment Products Committee to provide ESG analysis and expertise on the sustainability of products and their alignment with the market position. You will also support the Natixis organization in setting standards applicable to affiliates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and determining the scope of national and supranational regulatory developments on sustainable finance;
- Studying reputational risks and sectoral policies for the Management Company and its affiliates;
- Contributing to the development of relationships with stakeholders in the sustainable finance ecosystem;
- Leading the collaborative project on Article 29 LEC and defining an approach on Taxonomy or PAIs at the entity level;
- Assisting in the design of the data architecture related to the Management Company's activities;
- Contributing to the dissemination of sustainable finance best practices throughout the organization.

Required skills and qualifications include:
- 8 years of experience in consulting or a financial institution or investment fund, with a focus on sustainable finance;
- Familiarity with financial and investment instruments, EU regulations (SFDR, taxonomy, MIFID), and national regulations (France - art29LEC, UK - SDR, Germany);
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen actively and demonstrate leadership;
- Proactivity, entrepreneurship, and adaptability, with the ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously;
- Personal integrity and motivation to contribute to the company's ESG roadmap.
Fluency in English is required, with a C1 level of proficiency.
