In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through their transformational journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the complete solution process through close collaboration with various teams.
- Analyze customer requirements and position Salesforce's offerings as the optimal solution to address specific challenges.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry and how it relates to Salesforce's solutions.
- Create and present tailored solutions, including customized demonstrations of Salesforce products, to key stakeholders, emphasizing business value.
- Engage in all relevant product, sales, and procedural training to maintain the knowledge necessary for success in this role.
- Achieve quarterly and annual performance targets set by management.
- Efficiently respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Oversee the technical aspects of the sales process.
- Exhibit a strong desire for professional growth through participation in internal training and mentorship programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies that enhance customer success.
- A successful track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software context. We welcome diverse backgrounds for this position.
- Exceptional oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team to solve challenges in dynamic settings.

- Eagerness to learn and understand the intricacies of technology.
- Proficient in researching information and solving complex problems.

- Fluency in English and French is required.
