Senior Sales Executive - Retail and E-Commerce

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in HY EMEA France Chessy. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market share through business development across prospective national and pan European accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve annual target revenue, profit, and unit growth.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts to secure and penetrate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, prospect, pursue, and close competitive strategic sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a process to participate and answer efficiently to national tenders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in complex solution selling and structured sales approach.
  • Product, application, and industry knowledge.
  • Creative and persistent business development skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
