Position Overview:
In the role of Insurance Production Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients and/or their brokers in the administration of their insurance agreements by managing all standard operational tasks.
You will be integrated into the Customer Service Division - Personal Insurance located in Rennes (35), reporting directly to the Manager of Production Services (membership or contract lifecycle).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promptly addressing inquiries from clients and/or brokers
- Evaluating and documenting new memberships related to health and welfare policies
- Updating client, beneficiary, or professional records within the information system
- Contributing to the implementation and oversight of electronic billing and third-party payments
- Modifying beneficiary clauses as necessary
- Managing health policy production workflows
- Overseeing updates to member records and processing amendment requests
- Assessing and handling termination requests
Your daily tasks will revolve around ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, clear guidance, accessibility, and identifying optimal solutions.
Candidate Profile:A Bac+2 degree in insurance is preferred. Ideally, you possess a successful initial experience in a contract production department within an insurance organization (broker, company, mutual...).
