Kilian Paris is a luxury fragrance brand that embodies elegance and uncompromising luxury. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator Intern to support our Consumer Marketing team in the EMEA region.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in the implementation of Consumer Marketing Activations in EMEA. The successful candidate will provide implementation guidelines to markets, report key figures to Global Brands, and support brand awareness growth through successful activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly Earned Media Report: track influencer, press coverage, and events
  • Monthly Key Consumer Activation Report: collect and elaborate results and pictures from affiliates
  • Launch feedbacks and consolidation to provide top-line view to global
  • 360 marketing plans on-going update with new launches communication and animations
  • Conduct marketing analysis on earned and paid media activations and communication KPIs
  • Pull competitive insight and Monitor key competitor activations across all channels
  • Oversee reports shared by regional Corporate Consumer Insights team and select valuable insights to turn into action for the brand
  • Reach out to all departments to ensure 360 marketing files are updated on a monthly basis
  • Coordinates and organizes consumer update during the monthly meeting with affiliates
Requirements
  • Available 6 months starting January 2025
  • Internship agreement mandatory
  • Minimum Education Level: Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a Business school or university)
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Ideally at least 1-year work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector. Previous, relevant marketing experience
  • Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work)
