Position: Metal Fabricator and Site Maintenance Specialist

• Formwork Restoration: Execute repairs and adjustments on formwork utilizing appropriate welding methodologies. Ensure that all repaired formwork adheres to established safety and quality benchmarks. Conduct inspections to detect flaws and areas needing attention.
• Site Upkeep: Ensure the construction site remains tidy by clearing away debris and construction materials. Systematically organize and secure tools and equipment. Provide assistance with various handling and general maintenance tasks on-site.

• Welding Proficiency: Expertise in arc, MIG, and TIG welding techniques. Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding schematics.
• Manual Dexterity and Adaptability: Precision and skill in welding and formwork adjustments. Flexibility to engage in various cleaning and handling duties on the site.
• Safety Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices for construction site operations.

• Certification or degree in welding (CAP, BEP, or equivalent). Previous experience in welding, particularly within the construction industry. Familiarity with formwork restoration and site maintenance is advantageous.
