As a Graduate Program participant, you will be responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects within your assigned unit, adhering to strict safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

You will be part of the South-East Direction team at Colas, and your training will take place in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, covering the departments of 66, 11, 34, and 30.
During a 12-18 month integration period, we will prepare you for the role of Construction Engineer through a series of progressive steps, including:
- Ongoing training and development
- Site management and supervision
- Discovery of our laboratories, industries, and research centers
- Assistant Construction Manager role
- Construction Manager role
Your Profile
You hold a higher education degree in civil engineering or a related field and have ideally gained experience in managing construction sites, either through a work placement, internship, or VIE program.
A valid B driving license and mobility within the departments of 66, 11, 34, and 30 are essential requirements for this program.
You are self-motivated, rigorous, and responsive, with a strong sense of responsibility, a desire to take on new challenges, and a talent for managing teams.
