Job Title: Sustainability Strategy Lead

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the RSE team to develop and implement PROSOL's sustainability strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of RSE actions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to the communication plan and raise awareness among employees about sustainability issues, fostering a culture of responsibility.
  • Stay informed about environmental and social regulations and best practices in the field of RSE, keeping PROSOL at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance existing processes and tools related to sustainability.

Your Profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in RSE, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Possess a solid understanding of RSE standards, norms, and best practices, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks.
  • Experience in auditing, non-financial reporting, and project management in sustainability is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are crucial for effective collaboration and driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
